Erik Eenkhoorn PhD, MSc, MBA, Legal expert “EEEI” studied mechanical engineering and business administration at the University of Twente (NL) and has researched liquid dynamics in road tankers during transportation. He designed and developed means to secure liquid loads and concluded this with a PhD, subsequently became a legal expert in both criminal and civil cases in his area of expertise.

In this webinar Erik's presentation will cover the behaviour of liquids during their transportation and the possibilities to mitigate or even eliminate the adverse effects of liquid dynamics on the safety of such transportation.

It will cover the non-compliance of liquid transportation with load securing requiring legislation and the erroneous mandating of baffle plates, as in the “ADR”. The possibilities and means to secure liquid loads will be presented and their applications will be justified.
